CrossFit Harrisburg Rates & Schedule
No Contracts, No cancellation fees and Never will be.
Monthly dues can be paid via electronic debit/credit draft on the 1st of each month. For any reason you wish to cancel just notify us prior to the 1st and your membership will cancel. They can also be paid via check or cash. There is a 10.00 late fee after the 5th.
Couples must reside in same household. Couples can consist of parent/child, husband/wife.
CrossFit Foundations with InBody Scan (New CrossFitters)

/12 Classes
All new to CrossFit clients are required to take the Foundations classes. Our foundations will consist of a total of 12 classes and include:
• InBody Scan with a 15 minute nutrition appointment to discuss current personal nutrition habits
• 12 Foundations CrossFit classes
• A follow-up Inbody Scan at end of 12 classes
These classes will be 3 days a week, based on the times you can make it.

Personal Training
If you are working toward a specific goal, or desire individual coaching, we offer full service Private Personal Training programs.
Your program will begin with a complete assessment of your current physical capabilities, history and goals. The assessment phase may take one or several sessions during which your coach will evaluate movement patterns, range of motion, strength levels, structural balance and any limitations. Your coach will also work with you to determine your training goals and priorities. This information lays the groundwork for developing your training program.
